Made my order on line with in seconds they debit my card. Didn't hear anything for a week so I sent an message to there customer service. Recieved a message from a Tina L

I have sent several emails requesting a refund but nothing. They had told me to reorder new purse because they were out of stock of the purse I had chosen , when I tried to go back to web sight would not connect.
I hope this will help other people so that they won't loose there money
