Received a BOGUS bill via mail claiming the company I work for owes for "mini web page" and "listing package" of 599.99 with 3 months of interest charges totaling $627.39.I instantly tried to find this company online because I have never received a bill or heard of this company prior to this. My boss then called the company to get a better insight and they basically gave the run around and said there was a verbal agreement formed and played the recording of the "contract" being "authorized." Since it was my name on the account I then called them back to also hear this so called recorded conversation and while it was playing I repeatedly told "Nancy" to turn it louder because I can only hear the response not the questions. When she came on the line I asked her if she could repeat the conversation again and louder and refused and told me I needed to contact collections and I again asked politely to replay the recording and she hung up on me. Anything to due with Online Public Yellow Pages is a fraud and they should truly be ashamed of their conduct. I don't understand how their company legally exists!!
