Rec'd two billings on my Visa card for $79.99 each from these two companies, whom I found out later are the same company. I called them to find out what the billing was for and I couldn't understand one thing the lady was saying. She kept repeating something which I had no idea what she was talking about, so I finally hung up. Now that I see this is a scam, I'm refusing to pay my Visa bill for these two items. I didn't receive anything, but I supposedly order this crap on the internet, which I certainly do not recall ever doing. Way too much of this garbage happening. How do we stop it?
