I too received a package of Cool-Klenze out of the blue with no other info in the package. This is not something that I had ordered. I found a $99.90 charge on one of my credit cards with a name I did not recognize. The credit card company asked if I had purchased any tickets to an entertainment event and I said no. They've suspended the charge and are investigating. In light of another's note of a debit card charge in the same amount, I wonder if these are related? Rob

- I'm pretty sure that your complaint and my complaint are the same. My bank said that the merchant description is THEATRICAL PRODUCERS so that would make sense why your bank asked if you have bought tickets to an entertainment event. The entry from my bank statement was from a company in California NETWORK 36 HOLDINGS LL DDA PUR NETWORK 36 323-774-1533 Hope this helps and that we all recover our money.

- I also recieved a bottle of Colo-Klenz and on my credit account it was made by Dillard & Yagen enterprize my bank account is already working on it. The bank ask if I had bought any tickets or anything.
