I ordered free samples online and used my debit card to pay postage. After receiving a confirmation e mail, I cancelled any further full size shipment of the product by e mail. Around 2 weeks later, I received 2 packages in the post, one containing trial samples and the other containing a full size product which I did not order and have had £88.00 taken from my bank account. I went online to find their website but could not trace any details of my order, using either my email address or the order ID from the invoice, so I sent them a mail using their customer service e-mail address. I have not received a reply. I tried ringing the London number of the company who sent the trial products, believing them to be one and the same but was told that the two companies are now separate and, while the order for further supplies had been cancelled, there was nothing they could do about the other product I had been sent. There is another number to ring, but having read other people's experiences with this company, it appears to be very unlikely that I will get through. This company is thoroughly unscrupulous and needs to be stopped from conning others soon.
