I called a person named " Scott Spencer " 1590 Providence Blvd Deltona, FL 32725 606-233-3285 off an ad on Craig'slist for Dave Matthew's tickets at cruzan amphitheatre . HE offered tickets for $150 I responded with $100 he agreed . Then he asked me to use the GREEN DOT MONEYPAK as an option to pay for the tickets. I said do you accept paypal ? he said use MONEYPAK <--the new scam .... I said i do not know about it he said go to walgreens and purchase a greendot moneypak for $100 and give me the # on the back . So i went to walgreens they demanded cash for the card no debit or credit .. So I called this " Scott Spencer " and he asked for the greendot moneypak # of 1073-8962-9421- 24 he said i will email your tickets in 10 minutes . after 1 hour no tickets no repsonse from ( scott spencer ) . SCAM IN FULL FORCE > so of course i called greendot moneypak got some customer service who could barely speak english REF# Fp844580 bascially told me SORRY you got scammed were her words. I asked so you will protect me because PAYPAL protects against fraud she said OH we are not paypal i said it is right on the front of your card PAYPAL and EBAY . she said we put that there so you feel safe ? SHE SAID call the police sorry . HOW CAN THIS FRAUD GO ON AND BE ACCEPTED. REFUND MY $ . and put the scammer behind bars . THEY USE THE PAYPAL LOGO and give a false sense of security on the front of there cards. USERS THINK there safe BUT ITS A SCAM AND FRAUD. FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. and on top of it they know who the SCAMMER IS and yet they do nothing and allow him to take the $ and walk away and be free ? with scammed $ . THIS IS THE NEW SCAM people are defrauded sending GREEN DOT cards with no worry of scamming people for there $ because green dot does nothing.

I was defrauded by greendot moneypak . I bought a card to pay for an item never got my item. Called Green DOT and they said sorry you got scammed
