I checked my account on line and saw Palm Loan Advances had withdrawn $30.00 from my account without my authorization. It caused my account to be overdrawn, now I have a fee from my bank for $35.00. If it is a loan company, where is the "loan money" being deposited? It is a true SCAM!

- This place scammed me on 6/19/12 for $30.00. Have you tried calling their customer service number, 866-789-3114. If you do you will find the call center is not in the U.S, and no one can speak English fluently.Don't fall for all the promised dates of a refund. I have been calling the last 30 days and received a different answer each time. I finally reported it to my credit union and to website the government can use for investigation (ic3.gov). Start now to get your money back!

- Unfortuantly you will not recieve anything....I have been fighting with them for over a week...They will not give me money back they keep saying they are going to resubmit for my gas card. I tell them I WANT MY MONEY1 They tell me no I signed up and understood....Which is a Lie. They took my money I llegally....I don't understand how they keep getting away with it.
