i have investigated my paper work and am sure Dixons five yrs ago sold me a warranty but its showing not and gap insurance plus. there is a cash advance from the finance company lloyds. i also had a call asking t renew my waranty after 3 years. paper work does not match payments were 139.00 paper work shows 133.00 and 136.00. spoke to an insurance company who said i had a gap policy,,, i have never had any paperwork, they are sending me this . i feel a mis sell has occurred with a hidden fee on top of my payments which have now finished over five years .
