I ordered a MLB hat for my son. I received a confirmation number but no confirmation email with tracking info. After several days, I emailed them to ask where the hat was as the amount was already withdrawn from my account. I have not heard back even after several emails. The "contact us" page does not even exist!! Nor does the refund/returns page.
