I checked my account online only to notice I was overdrawn due to a check being processed in the amount of $30.00 made to 'Check Process' with the memo line noting 'Palm Loan Advance' with a phone number (866-789-3114) which has caused my account to be overdrawn. If this is a loan advance, where is the loan being deposited? Total scam! I didn't even register for this service through this company.

- I got the same complaint too as hvfaith619 they copied my check together with address and phone number and taken out $30.00, and I told my bank that my check is very different from them. Yeah I want to know too where the loan being deposited.
