I ordered a wedding dress from brideslee.com. The company sent me the wrong dress and now they will not refund my money or issue me a credit for the amount paid for the dress so that I can select the dress I wanted. They will not furnish an address or phone number. I have contacted them 24 times by email and all they will offer me is 30.00 refund. They have a guarantee and they will not honor it.
