I ordered the buy one get one free also. I upgraded to a complete pan set and lids. I only received one cooktop was suppose to get two. One small pan not big enough for a egg. And the grill i ordered came. I received a letter stating all on backorder. When I attempt to get information no one can help. I have sent so many messages. I tried the website for tracking could not reach it. I guess i have been ripped off. I will not order again from tv or internet.

Overwhelming demand has forced us to place them on backorder, but we have been ramping up production and are in the process of fulfilling all backorders. - I am in the same situation lisa701 is in. Feel very discouraged and mine is also giving an E7 error after using it 3 times. I have done everything the book has said to try, that includes calling the phone number and sending 2 emails and still NO response! Not even a we got your message and are working on it! Ready for a full refund and to ship it back!
