Solid Trust Pay in an only option to get my pay checks from my online business. I have monies being transferred to them and I cannot get bank verified. It has been since May 14th with a 7-14 day process time. I wish we had other options but we do not. They do not answer their tickets but ask you to not submit multiple tickets, they do not confirm they have received your information either. CRAZY! I see a comment here that their phone number is easily accessable, this is not true and the number is not listed anywhere I can find on their website, the number listed by them in this comment is never available. This service is not up to par to say the least. With such a big business for many years they need to pump up their customer service.
