I did the ride for the wall from California to Washington DC. On my way back home (Arizona) I stoped in Portage Ind. I had to have svs. Oil change and Primary oil change and lube. I had noticed a leak and asked the svs advisor Gary to check it out. We discussed it. I showed him the area where I thought the leak was. He said he would check it out. We discussed the gear box area. He ,as did I thought that this may be a gasket leak.He said he would make certain of the area. I trusted them. I paid my bill and left. I noticed several hundred miles down the road it still leaked. I ended up in Oklahoma city OK. They found that it was a Oil return line from the cooler. They made repairs. I left and it did not leak for the remainder of the trip. I made a call to Gary the service manager at the Valpo shop. and advised him of their mistake. He said that he would get back to me. He never did . I talked to another of the shop personal and he said he would tell Gary to give me a call. He did and said again that he will check on the paper work . By the way it took him several of my calls to get him. He kept saying he had not found the work order. I stayed on the phone with him and he found it. He said he would return me money on the price of gasket. Not labor. Labor was the big cost not the part. I asked to talk to the owner. He said he had discussed this issue with the owner and he sided with gary. He said the owner said not to refund anything. Funny he could not find paper work , and at the same instant he all the sudden made contact with owner. I for one will not deal and recomend any one use this dealer. Thanks Chuck Rosendaul
