Clicksure Guangzhou China took three payments from my credit card on July 11, for a total of £237.11.

I did not see these until two days ago, then i called my bank, who have frozen any interest on the amounts, and I have submitted support tickets to Clicksure Customer Support with the highest level of priority, Critical.

The response from customer support has not been helpful.

"Thank you for contacting me with your enquiry.

Your concern was brought to my attention and was escalated. Unfortunately, charges we see on our end does not match what you are referring to. Would it be possible if youu attach a screen shot of your bank statement showing these charges.

I hope this information has been helpful.

If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask. "

I did send a shot of only the transactions and got this response:

"Thank you for contacting Clicksure Support.

Unfortunately, the Order ID you provided us is invalid. Therefore, we cannot process your request and we will need you to resubmit a New Ticket including the order ID that we need.

You may find this one under your "Spam Folders" and order ID usually starts with "2012" or "2". Once you have the details that we need. Please resubmit a new ticket as we will be closing this one. Please do put on your "Subject" Clicksure Guanzhou so we could prioritize your concern. Please do wait for our response within 48 hours and do not submit multiple Tickets with the same concern to avoid delays on processing your request."

I have replid that I am not satisfied with this "Customer support." How can I look for an ID when I have not bought anything! It's a lot of money tho and I need it back. Any suggestions?

  • I had a similar scenario, first i contacted my bank and disputed the charge and cancelled my credit card. Secondly I took a screen shot of the transaction id on my credit card and sent it to clicksure support agent. After a few emails back and forth, i told them,I did not have an order or purchase id so I could not give them one since the purchase was fraudulent, the demanded my a refund since the payment was done through them. A few minute later, I received an email with refund confirmation. Good luck to you.

  • Thank you for your comment - I appreciate that. I'm waiting for a reply to my last email now, but will keep pushing. Can I ask how long ago this was?

  • Great, I am happy for you, next step print or email the refund confirmation and send to your credit card company to make sure they follow up with the dispute in case of any delays or mishap from clicksure. Good luck to you.
