The mis-representation of Tricorp's agent has caused both me and Tricorp tremendous concern. I do believe that this company is doing what they have been contracted to do, which is to sell my timeshare. My trusting nature requires me to give Tricorp one last chance at completing this transaction. The closing is now set for Monday, July 23rd. If the closing is not completed, I was assured of getting a refund of my fee. While this is not the outcome I desire, it at least shows me that Tricorp is a legitimate business. Please, please, let this closing happen--I need the money so badly.
