I used this online service company called www.customwriting.co.uk for them to do my dissertation project and they did not follow any of my instructions and provided me with very poor service. And I gave them numerous time to do revisions but they were just not understanding my instructions and were doing everything wrong and how they wanted to do the project. I had placed my order on 30th August 2011 and till today I have been giving them to do corrections as they have refused to give me any refund as their refund policy states that refund can only be given 5 days after the initial order was delivered but the initial order given to me was completely poor and i had to givem it for corrections so many times and everytime i asked them for refund they kept tell ing me to give them a chance to correct it but they havent never corrected my work and I am now fighting for my refund. They do not reply to my emails and when I spoke to the director two weeks ago he finally agreed to give me 35% refund back and emailed me that it will be in my account in 7 to 10 working days but after two weeks I never received any refund from them so I contacted the director and he said they can not give the refund as the bank is not allowing for this transaction to happen and it is not in their hands anymore. I am just not getting anywhere and they are refusing to give a physical address as they are an online business. I spoke to citizen advice bureau and they told me to send them a breach of contract letter by post if possible but i cant so i have emailed them and they havent replied. I do not really want to go to the courts with this. Is it possible you can help?
