I've sent about 7 e-mails. Haven't got one response. I submitted the first withdrawal request on 7/5/12, second on 7/10, and the third on 7/12. I have not gotten a confirmation pertaining to any e-mails. The status has been pending since pending since 7/5. I've called the numbers available on line. I received an e-mail from a person who uses STP, the e-mail stated that, they're working on taking the company take back and would be addressing issues soon. I'm not looking at this as being possible because I haven't even gotten a return e-mail addressing me or my issues.
