I have been vicitimized my this person. My intentions were to buy a car from this person for a sum of $1500.00. I was informed of the process and was send numerous email on how to go about doing this transaction and who I would be doing it with. This person was doing the transaction through "eBay Buyer Protection". I was suppose to (and I did) send the money through Western Union and receive the car in the next 2-3 business days.
Today is my day to receive the car and the car isn't here yet!
