I can't believe that a company that processes money for deposits and withdrawals is allowed to do business the way that it does. I withdrew money from my solid trust pay account on June 27th, 2012 and despite the fact that their website says it takes 10 business days to receive a check, as of today I have not received my money. Today is 14 business days and 20 days since my withdrawal. There is nowhere in the US that it takes more than 3 days to receive a 1st Class letter through the USPS and I do not understand why, because they are located in Canada, that it would take an extra 2 weeks. I am filing this complaint so that others may see this, and avoid at all costs, doing business with them. This is unacceptable! Their phone numbers are constantly busy, probably due to the fact that they do not do business in an acceptable manner consistent with what people should expect from a monetary processor. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, if you need your money, like most people do. They do not care about customer service or the people they are causing hardship to! John Becker
