I had applied for a payday loan online, like an idiot, when I was strapped for money and I guess this is one of the companies that got my information. I called them @ (888) 334-3807 and told them I never authorized this. They state that they have issued me a refund to my account and gave me a confirmation # as well. Of course the refund will take 5-7 business banking days, so we shall see if I actually get it back or not. But I have recorded their phone # as well as the refund confirmation # so hopefully the refund will be legit.
I cannot stress enough, DO NOT apply for a payday loan online and give them your account information. This is the 2nd company I had do this to me. Please, find a local payday loan office in your area and do it that way. That is the only legit, guaranteed way to get a payday loan and not get all these surprise charges popping up on your bank statement. I learned the hard way twice. I hope you don't have to learn the hard way as well.
