I have been contacted by a Mr. Nathan Forbes stating I have a past due bill of 667.39. He states a name of an part time unauthorized employee who accepted the service. He even states that I can hear the recording of her accepting. What action should I take aganist this company?

- I've received something from this company too, first a phone call three months ago and then an invoice today. Like what happened with you, they are requesting payment for services I neither requested nor authorized. The website listed on their stationary (www.onlinepublicyp.com) does not exist and if you Google Map their location, it appears they are making all their contact from a clump of trees in somewhere in New York state. When I called to inquire about this mysterious invoice, they got snippy and told me a customer service rep will call me back. At this point, no one has. DON'T PAY THEM. While I never heard a recording, I've seen from other complaints that they have doctored calls to make it seem like you agreed to services even though I'm sure you didn't. I just filed complaints with the USPS (as I received a bill in the mail, making this mail fraud) and with the FTC. I would encourage you to do the same.
