We started this process a year ago. We were told they have a buyer for our Las Vegas property, time share, and it would not take long. Then that buyer did not buy the property, but they had another corporation that was going to pay more than the first. Sounded good at first. They never kept us updated. We were initially told that they would be available at any time, but we could never get hold of anyone when we tried to call back. Finally got to talk to someone a couple time, don't remember names now, but were always put off. they said that due to the economy the corporation that was buying it was having difficulty, and they would call us when they settled. They told us NOT TO CALL THEM, THEY WOULD CALL US. The man was extremely rude!!! I tried to call again today and the number is no longer working. Is there any way that a class action lawsuit can be set up for these scammers? It sounds like a lot of people have been told the same stories. We are retired and living on retirement income, and really need our money back if they are not going to sell the timeshare!!!
