Buying on line or on phone.
They will tell you they will send the item once the item arrives you pay them money gram.
But they will tell you they need to make sure you have the funds available and they need to see it.
They will tell you to put a money gram to your self whit the info they give you so they can see is there but since the money is to your self hey he cant cash it. once the item arrives you will change the name from you to him and thats it.
But money gram has on front of the paper a security question and password that the person told you to put while filling out the money gram. then he will ask who send it and the transaction number. he already had the security question and the answer he told you what to put on that paper right.
Money gram has an option that whit the security question and answer they will pay whit no id. and thats what happens you give them the transaction number and who make the money gram for you. since he already has your name and the security question he can get the money and he cant be traced.

I asked the person at walmart if they need to have an id to collect that money she said yes and thats why i got scam if whe would had explained to me they can cash it whit no id because i has a security question i would never had put the money gram. I put a complaint with walmart store manager sinced i asked a question she gave the wrong answer they are liable for representing money gram.
