This company accessed my account for the first time on June 30, after I attempted to download software from a site to download music called Quamm.net. Since the download of the software didn't work, I thought I could just remove the program and not need to worry about it. However, as I just checked my financial statements, Metasave Internet (whoever they are) has now stolen approximately $81.42 of my money, for reasons unknown. I am currently working with my bank to figure this all out, as I am a student and need my money for other things, such as books, food, and rent. I only hope I can get back my money, and regain my faith in the world. The whole situation makes me feel violated and insecure, so much so that I am sick to my stomach.
