the refresh rate is so slow, I can't see what the overturned cards are or what others have bet. Not seeing these things makes me play 'blind' an at a disadvantage to how I would bet/fold. In tournament play, I may make it half way thru the tourney, only to encounter these issues. On occasion, and additionally to the slow refresh issue, at any point in any type of game, I may see that the webpage I'm on (Pokerist application via facebook) indicates 'connecting'. When this occurs, It appears my page is being 're-directed' to some where else, and I've seen some sort of social network attemping to take over the control of the webpage (pokerist) that I am on. Typically when this occurs, there is a message error that indicates I have been booted out of the game I'm in. At repeated times, this has occurred when I am 'ahead' in a tourney or have waited to place a large bet in a non-tourney event as my logic dictates when to 'bet heavy.' Additional to that, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the development team at facebook and at pokerist to rectify the situation. I have not had 1 reply. I also indicated I would escalate (by word of mouth) that the application is extremely frustrating, has cost me actual dollars and is not worth playing at any cost.. to avoid it altogether. This is my 4th complaint against them. I have played over 50,00 hands. I have actually spent 'real' monet over the course of my 50,000 hands that totals over $1000 USD and that I demand satisfaction of some kind. I still have received not 1 reply from facebook or Pokerist.com.
Additional to this, I have spent hours on the phone with people from India, that did not understand basic English. This was so frustrating that I told them to forget that I even called to attempt to rectify that I had not received any compensation for orders placed to buy additional chips. There are roughly 10 more issues relating to my loss of chips as well as 'real' money regarding the application 'pokerist' on facebook, but as I have said, I have not received one reply. Finding a way to communicate with either facebook or their suggested application of Pokerist, has been fruitless to date. I therefore vow to alert anyone and everyone to this scam.

  • Same thing happend agAIN JUST NOW. Entered a million tournament. At 2nd hand, "connecting' appears on the Pokerist tab I am on, as if I am being re-directed to another web page mid -game. I then lost 1,000,000 in chips. Still no reply from Facebook or from Pokerist. Rediculous customer service. I will continue letting others know of the lack of response.
