I recieved a phone call from a man using the name Brad Kartman with Icare-timeshare.
He said that my timeshare had sold and all that was needed was to do a title search to complete the sale. He requested $399 be sent by money order. The money order was to go to one, Steven Ernst. When I asked who is Steven he simply said it was his head in the accounting department. "Brad" had given me all information about my property prior to the sending of money so it seemed legit. I sent the funds and have not heard back since. I have filed a dispute form with my bank and with western union. I will be contacting law enforcement near the 33467 area code where the money was sent.
