I thought I was ordering from freebird.com but ended up EWWL, I had called to place an order by credit card..I ordered all I wanted on my 7" Capacitive Tablet and along with this I put $14.95 for insurance. The man said it had to have insurance or they would not ship it. I preferred insurance reguardless, well during our conversation of ordering our phone call was dropped. I did not get a call back & I couldn't get an answer from the store for the store had closed and it was closed all weekend. So I followed through with my order online, but I couldn't find the insurance to put on the tablet, assuming the insurance was placed on the Tablet. I had no choice but to place my order and print my receipt. The receipt shows "no insurance" was put on my tablet. Also I had no clue the Tablet I had ordered was coming from Shanghi, China, until I did a search on my package. I assumed within the 10 days I would have received the Tablet. I called the company today 7/16/12 and asked questions where was the tablet? Well, they could tell me it is with the postal service...not where. The lady was very nice, but kindly asked if I had anymore questions,still rushing me off the phone and I wasn't comfortable with this. She had also confirmed there was NO INSURANCE ON THE TABLET i ORDERED...so I am extremely unhappy about this. All I have to say is when & if I get the tablet it better not be broken. I did order a 2yr warranty...but still upon arrival, the Tablet better not be broken...I will definately be fileing more claims against this company. I didn't like the way the websites flipped one to another..then all of a sudden I realize I am ordering from Evolution World Wide Limited. It was crazy & abnormal from most websites. July 6,2012 order date today is 7/16/12..Just like one other complaint I had made with a different company..If something is wrong with the tablet when I receive it...I will definately have my attorney follow up till the matter is settled.
Illinois Lori gal So FYI Evolution World Wide Limited...pay attention...I will follow up..I do not take deceit lightly! It better not be broken when I receive the tablet! Nor will I take blame for the insurance not being placed on my item..all other things the man helped me with was placed on the order...so sounds a bit as if it was intentional on your part EWWL.

  • I finally received my Capacitive Tablet and it took nearly a month for me to get it. I still do not like the way they do business. The tablet is difficult to set sometimes. It will go into Chineese language instead of English. The manual is so tiny I don't see how anyone can read it. I did receive everything I ordered. I am not satisfied with the wifi on the tablet. I can be 6 to 8 feet away from my wifi/router and it will not keep a signal for me to use the internet. Otherwise, I do like the tablet also it's size and design, and the case with the keyboard. I only need to be able to connect to wifi. Otherwise I don't know what to say.

  • This issue is resolved. I found out I never had the insurance..and I didn't like being switced pertaining websites without relizeing I was ordering this tablet from China and it took me about a month to receive the tablet..un harmed, in great working order.
