On 12 Jul 2012 I have opened a new account:
STP User name: juzkhyuxkakyui
After an hour I have deposited US$ 2240 via post office to my new account.
When I tried to enter to my account again and report US$2240 as pending, I realized I cannot get into my account anymore.
I've attempted (unsuccessfully) to log in to my account 6 times and the system says that my account will be made inactive if I try again.
Then I tried to get Username Reminder and New Temporary Password, and got the following message:
There are no accounts registered with the email address you have specified.
I have setup in STP System Tickets # 280302 on 07/12/2012 and 284907 on 07/16/2012 with this problem and never got any answer...
I have also sent them a copy of my US$2240 deposit to the this STP account.
I hope this is a technical problem and my STP account hasn't been hacked.
Anyway it seems that Solid Trust Pay's support is just a joke!!!

A week is over now and my problem has not been solved yet. already reported 4 STP tickets: (#280302 on 07/12/2012 #284907 on 07/16/2012, #289279 on 07/18/2012 and #290584 on 07/19/2012).
During last week, STP site was down at least once a day!!! everytime when the site is fixed and is available again, I cannot watch my tickets anymore , and the system says:
"Your Ticket ID or Email is incorrect. Unable to process request."
and I have to open a new ticket.
A week is too long to fix this kind of login problem, additionally I have deposit US$2240 and a customers is waiting for this money... that's a joke!!! -
