Discovered today, 16 July 2012, charges from My Mobile Care (MMC) for their claim on subscribtions to "True Digit" and "Game Theory" to my cell phone bill. I first contacted T-Mobile about the unauthorized charges. They provided the phone numbers to contact MM C directly. I advised T-Mobile that I would not be paying these charges. Now or ever!
I then called My Mobile Care, waiting for over 6 minutes (not long but after the third call on this type of problem, two of which were with My Mobile Care, too long.
After politely listening to their reasoning,I informed MMC that I was not concerned with their problem nor their internal processes, I was not paying any of their charges. I also informed them of my contact with T-Mobile and they best save their money, time and efforts on this matter. I would not pay, I douted T-Mobile would pay either.
T-Mobile stated the charges come to them as Third Party charges. Some ligitimate, others not. T-Mobile has been working hard to clean-out the scum of these cell phone service providers and are making headway, but still have a way to go.
I am NOT a T-Mobile employee, just an 8+ years customer and this was my first issue with them in that time and it was simple and fast at their end. Almost so with MMC.
