Jeff (phone: 595-590-9337)from Monster Reservation Group called me and told me the deal is so great $129 for 3 days, 2 nights in Horizon Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe. They called from East Coast at around 12:00am (9:00pm PDT) . I thought it was a great deal and gave them my debit card info. One piece of my debit card info was incorrect. They called me back 8 times to get it corrected. They told me that I will get the confirmation and the transaction in the email. But after 72h, I got nothing. My checking account was charged immediately after the phone call. The transaction gave no contact info at all. When I called to back to request the cancellation, I didn't get the hold of them after 5 calls. Eventually when I got Jeff, he said sorry no cancellation allowed! I believe this is scam. It appears like a professional company but there are a few people who set it up to get your money. Stay away from this "seem-so-good" scam.
