and 16/07/2012. On 05/04/2011 I was told about a list of errors being sent to them and that it would cost a lot of money to take my PC to PC World (they are not cheap). I unfortunately paid the money (£167.40) but I wasn't happy with it and I feel that the company didn't actually do anything to help my PC. On 05/04/2012 I received a call saying that it was up for renewal and that they were going to take the money out automatically, apparently I 'signed up' for it to be continued. I informed the person that originally I was told on the phone that I was paying a one-off payment and that when it came to the renewal it would be offered to me and NOT continued. The person said that a cancellation fee of £25 would be required to cancel. Apparently I will no longer receive phone calls, I really hate this company. I have paid the £25 just to get them to leave me alone.
