I had fraudulent charges on my debit card but when I disputed it with the debit card company, they investigated but advised me I would have to recover directly from Sport Site. When I contacted them with a number provided by the debit card co., I was never able to talk with a ‘representative’ . All reps were ‘busy at this time, try again later’, click, hang up. . . every time I called. Or an endless number of 'please wait, your call is important' etc. and then musicak. (407-545-7739) It was only $10+ but I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I have no idea how they got my debit card number but am worried, if they got it once, they can surely get it again. These people should not be allowed to get away with this. Just think … if they did this to only 10 people, that is $1000+! I also submitted a complaint at complaintlist.com along with several other people and will do so on every site I can find until someone stops this.
