I was assaulted by a female nurse on 11/30/2010. I was staying with my father who was very ill. I had asked his nurse when he would be giving his bath, she got very angry and slammed herself into my left shoulder. I then called the police to report the assault then i went to the emergency room. The doctor told me i had a whip lash and cervical strain. St.Francis did approve me for physical therapy, but once the doctor found out i had neurological problems they refuse to pay to see a neurological doctor. In 02/11 St.Francis stopped my physical therapy which made my pain worse. I lost my job due to this assault & it has left me unemployable for life. I don't think its fair for St.Francis to cause me this great injustice and not compensate me for my injuries & i will not settle for pennies, they don't even care what a financial burden this has been for me the past two years.

- My total damages this company has caused me is $300,000. That is how much i demand i didn't realize that it was $3,000,000. They have caused me to lose my job & unemployable for life. I have a right to demand for these damages & for them to compensate me for my injuries their employee caused me. They are still liable no matter what!. They don't care what a financial burden this has been for the the past 2 years! & they just don't care!. I have already lost my car & i'm about to lose my home!. They are causing me more injustices by ignoring my injuries & the mental anguish.

- St.Francis have always thought they don't have to be held accountable. They think they don't have to be held accountable for my injuries or compensate me. The 2 year statue of limitations will be up 11/30/2012. These sorry lawyers don't want to help me get justice. They just let St.Francis win & don't make them pay my anything. St.Francis is a crappy hospital why are they allowed to get away with assaulting a family member ruin my job life & i can't work anymore for the rest of my life.

- I just don't what to do anymore. What does St.Francis want to see me lose everything i have worked so hard far, because they rather cover up their crappy employee then to compensate me & this could be all over & i could move on with my life. I am just sick of it all!.
