thought i was buying aboat through ebay from him. wired the money to his account and never got boat. have not heard from him again. i will never buy through ebay again. contacted ebay and they said he did not sell through ebay. ebay transaction was confirmed. they verified everything,giving instructions how tocomplete sale.
