I was checking my bank account online and found that Palm Loan Services had deducted 30.00 from my account. I have never heard of these people nor done any business with them in the past. I don't even know how they got my account info. In addition to the 30.00, I was charged 35.00 for overdraft. And since I don't get another deposit until August 3rd, I'm going to be charged another 40.00 for two ten-day periods of late fees. I tried calling them but got a recording saying to call back during normal business hours. I will call them Monday and see what happens.

  • Have you gotten in touch yet? They took $30 from my checking account on 6/28/12. I started calling then and have not stopped. When you reach someone you will be able to tell the call center most likely is in India. THey will tell you a different anser each time you call. It has been that a refund will be credited in 14 business days, then it's 15 business days, then the date the refund was issued has changed. Keep on calling and don't let them cheat you. I wish I could help you.
