Kerry William Smith of Tien He Guangzhou China, a former New Zealand Citizen aged 50 years, is a fraud. He borrow money saying he would return it in one month, the money he said he needs to prop up his Hong kong company Global Concepts (GZ ) Ltd. As much as we have tried, no money has ever been returned to our company.
He works in Guangzhou as a English Teacher, and has lived in China for approx 13 years.

- The Loan Debt associated with Kerry William Smith of Tien He Guangzhou has compounding interest attached, so the debt owed increases every month, we the Loan company have lost profit from having money outstanding and not paid.

After receiving full and complete payment we will remove this complaint from the web.
