Charge of 9.99 showed up on one of the cell phones in our family plan. Apparently a member of the family received a text message that she won an ipad3, clicked on the text, then was "signed up" for 9.99 a month for some alert service, she texted back "stop" but the charge was not removed.
We have sprint so I was able to have the charge removed thru sprint and I placed a block on all third party service charges (hopefully this works--will be checking all of the bills carefully).
Good luck all other cellphone company clients, hopefully your company will block these bogus charges as well.
