  • Have you tried to contact customer support for Palm Loan Advances? When you reach someone you will find the call center most likely is in India. They will ask for your zip code and name. I had $30 debited from my account on 6/20/12. I called that day and was told that a refund would be depoosited in 14 business days. I called on the 13th business day but was told it is 15 busiess days and my refund was not processed until 6/28/12. I called again and asked why do I get a different answer each time? I then asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who coulld speak english fluently but, of course, no one was available. There appears to be no contact address or phone number for Palm Loan advances in the U.S.A. This place sounds like a 3rd world scam. Don't give up until you get your money!
