Was late on partial downpayment, They began calling all my refernces stating that I will be arrested for check fraud ven though I never wrote them out a check. When I called them back it was to make payment arrangements and give my debit card # and authorized them to take out $250.00 on 08/26/11. On 08/19/11 Ford of Kirkland went ahead and debited my account 4 times with various amounts of $50.00 - $100.00 - $250.00 and $500.00.
When I spoke with the GM Wally he didnt seem to care at all. I had to report my card stolen, too make sure this doesnt happen again. Sadly the owner Jim Walland uses thug like tactics himself. The fruit really doesnt fall far from the tree.

  • We own and operate Ford of Kirkland. Our customer purchased this vehicle in May, and left $1000 in unpaid down payment. We hold a signed credit card authorization. Our customer requested more time to pay the down payment, after we had run the credit card as agreed. We issued a check back to our customer, for the funds owed to us, in order to assist our customer. During the weeks following, our efforts to collect the funds owed, or even to contact our customer, failed. She simply would not return any of our calls. As a last resort, we contacted her credit references in order to attempt to reach her.
    At this point, our customer contacted us and asked to payment arrangements in the coming weeks.
    In good faith, we extended the original agreement to pay, advanced funds, and at this point, are ready and willing to do the same again. We believe that we have been fair and reasonable, in extending the obligation to pay the down payment for what has become months.
    We are passionately committed to customer satisfaction and to our community. Because if this commitment, we invite our customer to contact our Mr. Chris Polk to arrange for another extension of terms.
