I registered in good faith, then literally MINUTES later realized that I was not going to choose when to purchase bid dollars but I would be charged automatically - I immediately removed my credit card information from their database ... or so I thought. I registered on a Sunday, the 19th of June then as I said, IMMEDIATELY removed my card from the payment choices. I received register confirmation from Bidrack AFTER I removed my card info and my card was not charged until the 20th of June, a day after I deleted the information. I've requested a refund (even though this is a technically a fraudulent charge) and I am still trying to get these erroneous charges replaced. I wouldn't even consider using this company after all of this! ... and now I'm worried that they have my credit card information and will continue to use it. I will have to change my card number, but I hesitate to do that in the hopes that there has been a misunderstanding and the company will prove to be upstanding and replace the $99.00.
I will keep you posted :o)
