We followed a Craig'slist post similar to the one below (the one we used has expired). The response sent us to the liquidationsupersales.com website to complete our purchase. They required a Money Pak card for payment. (Should have been a sign to us, we see that now!) We made the payment, received confirmation of payment, a few days later we received a note that our swing set had shipped and that shipping details would follow, then nothing. Then we could no longer access the website, the links on the receipts have stopped working, the customer service e-mails are bouncing back, etc, etc. No swing set has arrived and we were originally told it would arrive 2 days after shipping and would be put together at delivery. Now we are out $850 and our 2 year old has no swing set for her Birthday. Please assist in stopping this company from scamming other individuals. Thank you. Jennifer Read (Personal Info Removed)

  • Omg.. I had the exact same thing happen to me. I had paid liquidationsupersales $400 for a swing set for my little boys 3rd birthday and they ripped me off. They took my money and last email said the swingset had shipped. After that, the website and emails would not work! Can't imagine cheating someone like that! So sorry it happened to you too!

  • Jennifer ], Thanks for the posting.
Please BE AWARE they are switching domain names. They just registered liquidationonlineshopping.com

This is the email I received:

"...The product your interested in is still available for purchase on our online store http://www.liquidationonlineshopping.com

During our promo sale campaign until January 13th you can use the voucher "PROMO" for free shipping and 10% off to any product.

    Thank you

  • I dodged the bullet! LiquidationOnlineShopping.com -- I was directed to this website after showing interest in a CraigsList item and planned to make a purchase. The website was well designed and very professional, however there was no contact information, address, or phone number. First thing I found was that they didn’t accept PayPal, credit cards, or any normal payment method, just MoneyPak or cash. The site said that shipments would be made from Lewistown MT although I found no company listing in Lewistown. (That in itself wasn’t a major concern since many online sellers don't operate under the company name.) I exchanged 8 emails with Benjamin Murray (<[email protected]>), asking for their address and was told that it would be provided ONLY AFTER THEY RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT(!). I decided that the only way to guarantee that I was receiving the correct merchandise was to make a pick up from the warehouse. When I asked, Benjamin told me that I needed to make arrangements with the shipping department, and he gave me an email address to contact; I got a “bounce-back” saying it was an unknown address. After several more emails I went online to the website and found that it no longer existed. By being alert I did not lose any money, however I would like to help others avoid being scammed. A previous link to the same scam is -- or was -- LiquidationSuperSales.com
