I thought i would be able to buy something nice as a gift for someone- turns out I was wrong. As soon as Ziinga asked me to email them a copy of my bank card, ID and bank details I knew it couldn't be legit. I didn't send through anything and lucky enough I cancelled by bank card, and changed my details before they could take off over R700 from my account! I have received over 50emails saying that i have an overdue account but it is not possible as I have cancelled everything!!! I chatted to Candace and Andrea on the chat box and they both said that you do not need to send through documents if you do not want to be a part of the "Ziinga community". I even tried to contact them on their number but it never works!! I have filed charges and would recommend it to anyone who has been scammed like this. They dig into your personal details to 'confirm' important personal information that you have not even given them! I do not care about the money that i lost- I care about the way they scam a person and make them lose more money!
BE WARNED EVERYONE!- ZIINGA IS A SCAM, AND THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU WITHOUT EVER SENDING THROUGH YOUR 'SO-CALLED-PRIZES'!

- Same thing happened to me. I am now receiving over 30 emails a week saying "overdue account" and "please make sure your credit card details are updated" I need to find a way of blocking the emails.

- My total email count to date is 64! I have also tried blocking it but its not working (there is a setting under email setup where you can block adresses or numbers- it doesn't seem to work though)... Going to go in to my service providers and ask if they can help block the email adress!
