Complaint 134572 Details

All was well with the initial contacts with the person calling herself/himself, Michelle. Much was done and said to prove that they were a legitimate business. I had found a complaint of fraud by a Andreas R. posted on another site. tianjunhk gave me an email address for Andreas R. and I soon received a reply saying all was well and that tianjunhk had not cheated him after all. (I now believe that they gave me an address that sent my email directly to tianjunhk and not to a person named Andreas.

They received my funds and sent a very small package to me at an address in Alabama. I had asked them not to use that address after a certain date and that date was long passed. The package was so small that it could not possibily contain the iPad that I had ordered, so I returned it unopened.

I have not had a reply from tianjunhk since the day they received my funds. They sent the small package without so much as a notification of a tracking order.

They have put a lot of time and effort into a realistic looking website, but they are not a real company. They send emails and receive wire transfers, but they do not ship the goods that they say they will send. tianjunhk is a complete fraud. BEWARE!
