I have a check drafted from my account from Palm loan support center, never heard of this company until I say the check on my statement. Tried calling the number several times and get disconnected. Tried emailing probally won"t here fron that either.

- I had the same problem occur on 6/20/12. I was able to get hold of a customer service agent, not in the U.S.A, who told me my refund would be issued in 14 business days and was provided a refund confirmation number. On the 13th day I called to confirm my refund but was told that it was 15 busiess days and my refund would deposited on 7/12/12. The money wasn't there, I called back, and was told that my refund was not processed until 6/28/12, and that it would be 15 business days before I received my money, and to be patient. I asked her why do I get a different answer each time? Also when you call they ask for your zip code to access your account. If this response is being read by Palm Loan Advances, be careful.Why don't you have a call center in the United States where someone can speak English fluently? Give me my money back or I'll take it to the next step to show that this is a fraud!
