I have CONSTANTLY received the run around from this company!!!!! I dispusted an atm transaction on 05/30/2012 and Netspend has requested 2 police reports on 06/05/2012 and 06/20/2012 which I have supplied numerously. I have been checking the status of my dispute for the past 2 MONTHS and have received their "timeframe" policy repeatedly just to be told now in JULY that im outside of the time frame. I submitted my initial dispute letter way back in MAY but since they gave me the run around for 3 months NOW IM OUTSIDE THE TIME FRAME!!!! I am suing them and i advise people to NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!! Yea, its nice to get paid 3 days prior but its not worth someone stealing your money and YOULL NEVER GET IT BACK!!!
