I joined this dating website (OurTime.com) and when I forgot my password, I was sent a reset form. The only problem with the reset form is that it wanted my credit card information. I refused to do that, and I contacted the company. Their phone number is 888-892-2065. The representative was not helpful and told me this is company policy that I reset my password with my cc information. I tried in vain to get this guy to reset my password manually, and he refused. He read me the policy over and over again. He also said I would not receive a refund. These people are total scammers. Now they have my money and my profile and photos. This representative gave me the name of Josh Meyers as CEO of the company. Hope my complaint helps others. This is not a company to be trusted. Please contact your bank to receive a refund.
