Hi user name jayres, i can not log in to my account i know the user name and password are correct and then i ask for assistance and enter the email i registered with and it tell's me the email is not registered to any user name. odd because when i submit a ticket that email confirmation goes directly to the email i just entered to retrieve my user name and passweid. I have sent many tickets also about being bank verified and sent all my details 3 times now over the past 3 months not one ticket replied to. whats going on ??? help

I've had exactly the same problem as jayres. I'll be totally honest. This company may or may not be a bunch of scam artists but at best they are utterly incompetent. They have a phone number, but it doesn't work and they hardly ever respond to tickets.
They have caused me nothing but stress and irritation ever since I opened an account with them. Their customer services are practically non-existent, they're very slow to resolve problems. There is nothing "Solid" or "trust"worthy about them! I'd recommend everyone to steer well clear of them as they're the most useless company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with!
Message to Solid Trust; Get your act together guys, this is not on!! All these people, who have similar problems can't all be wrong!!! GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONELINES SORTED!!!! I've never heard of a company who can't be contacted by phone, it's ridiculous especially when we have genuine grievances!!! Pull your fingers out and stand up to you responsibilities!! We pay you a lot of fees and expect a service and you're not sticking to your end of the bargain! -

- Here here, I second all that I had the non existent account thing but fortunately was fixed within 2 days but no contact.... But my real issue is with my missing 5k??? These guys are a bunch of low life bottom feeding grubs. Can't contact them, tickets not responded to and my 5k been missing for nearly 1 month what the (Inappropriate Content Removed).
