I applied for a payday loan online on 7-8-12. A guy by the name of Jeffery Thomas called me from 1-310-341-0479 he said I was approved for a $2000 loan. He had my routing # and account # already. He said they needed a $200 dollar deposit which was 10% of the total. I told him it would be atleast 7-19-12 before I could have it. He said he would call me back. During our conversation he said it was a 12 month loan and payment would be $189 month. So I got to figuring and that would mean after loan is paid in full they would only make $260. Now I've dealt with enough loan companys to know thats not right so I called them back today. And ask what company they worked for he wanted my name and i said what the company name.He finally told me fast loan america and asked again who i was. I told him I was wanting to check his company through the BBB. He said we are licensed through them and ask my name again. I hung up. I couldn't hardly understand him sounded like a Arab. I ran there name on the internet and found all these complaints. They have taken nothing from me so far but its scary that they have my banking information. These people need to be stopped.
