Frank Miller is who i lost money to a scam someone who has been doing fraudulent and giving fraudulent information on how to recieve government grants. the guys name though he says is frank miller with a phone number of 3474801548. this guy needs to be sued and punished for his irresposible manner and for committing fraudulent material on innocent people. he needs to be stopped before someone else gets sucked in as well.
